and assist in negotiating the best price.
Offer a comprehensive after sales service
including dealing with the Croatian bureaucracy, company
formation, selecting staff and negotiating their contracts. We ensure the client has the technical and fiscal support to succeed.
Will assist with negotiations and purchase of a
property NOT introduced via
Leisure & Land.
Apart from the obvious problems of language,
there are often staff and stock to be negotiated; it is not just
the final price paid which is important, but the whole package.
PROJECT CREATION
SUPERVISION.
Since
the creation of Leisure & Land in 1987 we have
assisted with the planning, building and management of various
projects in France, and now in Croatia. Some examples:-
Construction of a leisure/water park on the
Mediterranean coast.
Refurbishment, extension and management of a 4*
Chateau hotel.
Conversion of outbuildings on a vineyard estate to
create luxury homes.
Creation and supervision of a 150 hectare
residential and leisure development.
Redesign of a 700 place Park Home complex near
Paris.
