Chateau de Lavagnac

Set near Montpellier in the Herault (34), the Château de Lavagnac was purchased in 2005 on behalf of UK investors. A further 110 hectares was negotiated from 17 different Vendors, via the SAFER.

Chateau Lachassagne

Located in Beaujolais, dept 71, this was acquired on behalf of a UK based investor. The vineyard was re-structured and the stone outbuildings converted into 17 luxury town-houses. The château became a company HQ. See the Vineyards page for more details.
