Planning permission is secured for the maximum allowable footprint—say, 150m². From there, you begin with a fully functional starter pod of 50+ m², including:

- A bureau or workspace
- A cozy living room
- A fully equipped kitchen
This initial pod is perfect for a young couple or solo dweller, offering comfort and quality from day one.

As your needs evolve, your home evolves with you. Simply choose from our range of prefabricated pods, designed for seamless integration:

No concrete foundations are needed we use ground screws, minimizing environmental impact and simplifying installation. All utilities and connections are pre-planned for effortless expansion.
